The original issue of this AD was posted on 22 January 2020 as PAD 20-013 for consultation until 19 February 2020, and revised and republished on 04 March 2020 as PAD 20-013R1 for additional consultation until 11 March 2020. No comments were received during the consultation periods. 3.
