Aircraft Design & Certification Ltd. modification ADxC-DC-39-001 (including aerobatic operation), approved by EASA through STC 10035295, which includes associated documentation: - ADxC-39-EO-013, Issue A, dated 01 April 11 (Template for installation of structural modification), - ADxC-39-001-AFM dated 30 March 11 (AFM supplement), and - ADxC-39-001-AMM dated 11 June 11 (MM supplement). Aircraft Design &Certification Ltd. modification ADxC-DC-39-004 (alternative aircraft life time limitation of 5 000 flight hours), approved by EASA through STC 10035295, which includes associated documentation: - ADxC-39-004-AFM dated 21 December 2011 (AFM supplement), - ADxC-39-004-AFM_E dated 21 December 2011 (AFM supplement-English version), - ADxC-39-004-AMM dated 21 December 2011 (MM supplement), and - ADxC-39-EO-034 dated 18 Jan 2012 (Template for installation of structural modification). The use of later approved revisions of these documents is acceptable for compliance with the requirements of this AD.
Remarks 1. If requested and appropriately substantiated, EASA can approve Alternative Methods of Compliance for this AD. 2. Based on the required actions and the compliance time, EASA have decided to issue a Final AD with Request for Comments, postponing the public consultation process until after publication. 3.
