Supersedure This AD supersedes DGAC France AD 2002-322(A) R2 dated 16 April 2003.
Publication(s) and related information APEX AIRCRAFT SB No. 020310 dated 3 June 2002. CEAPR SB No. 031104, dated 19 April 2011, including Amendment 1, dated 07 December 2011. The use of later approved revisions of these documents is acceptable for compliance with the requirements of this AD.
Remarks 1. If requested and appropriately substantiated, EASA can accept Alternative Methods of Compliance for this AD. 2. The required actions and the risk allowance have granted the issuance of a Final AD with Request for Comments, postponing the public consultation process after publication. 3.
