Publication(s) and related information Cessna SB MEB99-6, Cessna SB MEB99-9, and Cessna SB MEB99-12, all dated August 2, 1999, specify and include procedures for installing access panels to help with the exhaust system inspections. Each service bulletin applies to various Cessna airplane models.
