FAA Emergency AD 2003-14-51 superseded FAA Emergency AD 2003-13-51 dated June 20, 2003, because new information indicated that the pilot check and torque inspection can be limited to certain bolts. It was also determined that disassembly and a more detailed inspection of the condition of each bolt is necessary.
