Remarks FAA AMOC Approval 140L-11-397 (attached) meets the criteria of ED Decision 2004/04/CF, Article 4. This means that the AMOC approval is automatically valid for engines affected by AD 2005-05-15, installed on aircraft registered in Europe. No additional EASA approval is necessary.
