This AD becomes effective September 26, 2007 to all persons except those persons to whom it was made immediately effective by Emergency AD 2007-18-52, issued August 28, 2007, which contained the requirements of this amendment.
At the moment of adoption of this AD, the model 737-700C has not been validated in Europe.
