Remarks Note: The Federal Aviation Administration, which is the State of Design Authority for the Lifesavings Systems Corp. D-Lok Hooks installed on certain Goodrich and Breeze-Eastern rescue hoist assemblies, has issued AD 2010-03-02, which becomes effective on 11 February 2010. EASA has decided to adopt this FAA AD, whose applicability is broader than EASA AD 2009-0183-E, as it affects all rotorcraft where the D-Lok Hook might be installed. For these reasons, EASA AD 2009-0183-E dated 14 August 2009 is cancelled, as per EASA Airworthiness Directive Cancellation Notice 2009-0183-CN dated 11 February 2010.
